Use it with rice, bread, noodles, and buns, etc. It is also good as a sauce for potatoes or meat dishes, or as a dipping sauce for steamed vegetables.

Hot Golden Curry Recipe

Ingredient – Chicken, Medium Onions minced 350GM, Medium Carrot(chopped) – 100GM, Medium Potato (chopped)-150GM, Vegetable oil 1Tbsp, water- 540ml, S&B golden Curry mix – 92g(1 pack)

Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min.Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15min.Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Curry Flavored Fried Rice

Ingredient – Cooked Rice (800gm), Onion (7-8 mm dices)-100gm, Bologna sausage (7-8 mm dices) – 100gm, Cilantro (7-8 mm-long pieces) – 80gm, S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g – 4 Block, Vegetable oil – 1Tbsp.

Cut the onion and sausage into 7-8 mm dices. Chop the cilantro into 7-8 mm-long pieces.Chop the S&B Golden Curry Mix finely.Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the onion and sausage. Turn the heat down to low heat and add the chopped curry mix, and stir-fry until it is melted but not burnt.Add the rice and stir-fry until the whole mixture is evenly curry-colored. Add the cilantro and mix well.

Tomato Golden Curry

Ingredient – Onion (minced) – 200gm, Tomato (Chopped) – 300gm, Yoghurt – 50gm, Canned Tomato – 400gm, Vegetable Oil – 1 Tbsp, Garlic & Ginger grated – 1/2 & 1/2 Tbsp, Water – 250ml, S&B Golden Curry Mix – 92g, Salt (as you like), Garam Masala (as you like),

Rice Cooked.

Mix garlic, ginger and yoghurt in a bowl and marinade chicken.Stir-fry onion with oil in a large skillet. Add (1) and remaining marinade and stir fry.Add canned tomato and water, cover and simmer on low heat for approx. 20 min., stirring constantly.Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until mixes are completely melted. Simmer until thickened., stirring constantly.Add salt and garam masala, if you like.Serve hot over rice.
